Dikla Cohen Michaeli

Dikla has over 20 years of diverse management experience in the nonprofit sector and is currently the CEO of CALO - Change Agent Leaders Organiztion, whose aim is supporting nonprofit leaders. She previously served as the CEO of Lev Chash Association and, before that, as the executive director of Neve Arazim Community Centre. Dikla is also a management consultant and coach, facilitating workshops and training courses in Israel, NY, and Italy. 
She holds a master’s degree in Non-profit and Community Organization Management from the Hebrew University.
